REDBIRD FORGED WEDGES
RedBird wedges feature a traditional blade shape and are designed to be the perfect compliment to our RB-1, 525 and 725 series irons.
Our wedges are manufactured in from a 21-8 high-nickel content alloy known as “sticky metal” in Japan. Unlike most carbon steel iron heads, our 21-8 nickel alloy doesn’t require hard chrome plating to prevent surface corrosion and as a result it is one of the softest, most solid feeling wedges in golf.
RB wedges have CNC milled faces and grooves, machined to a tolerance of .001" providing the most consistent face surface available. Grooves have been designed to conform with 2010 USGA requirements for volume and edge sharpness.
Our wedges feature medium width, multi-radiused soles and moderate bounce for enhanced playability from all lies. RB Wedges are the ideal choice for the avid player who desires versatility, soft feel, and maximum control.
